Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders will be shipped using Australia Post, or hand delivered in person.

Due to the nature of production of the clothing, clothing is made-to-order, meaning that time periods for production and shipping may vary slightly.

You will receive an order confirmation email once a purchase and payment is made. Clothing will take anywhere between 1-2 weeks after purchase date to be produced and manufactured.

After production is complete, you will receive an order dispatch email notifying you that your order has been shipped, and your tracking details will be provided.

All shipping updates and notifications will be provided via the email you enter when making an order.

Domestic Orders

For all domestic orders (within Australia), shipping will take up to 5-10 business days to be shipped after date of dispatch, depending on the Australian Postal Service.

International Orders

For all international orders (outside Australia), shipping will take up to 3-4 weeks to be shipped after date of dispatch, depending on the Australian/International Postal Service.

Returns

If an item doesn't fit, or you have changed your mind, a refund will be given provided items are returned unworn and in re-saleable condition. 

​Contact must be made to return the goods within 14 days after you receive them. Refund is only available for the item cost, not for the shipping cost. You will be liable for your own postage and return costs.
